New Item Inventory Lookup in Sage CRM – Sage 300 ERP integrated system

Sage has introduced a new feature of browsing Inventory Items of Sage 300 from within Sage CRM so the user has up to date inventory information on a real time basis.

To Search/Browse Inventory items of Sage 300, a new button is added on company summary screen.

Clicking this button will take you to the screen where you can find or select any items.

Grid contains a button to create a New Quote and New Order in Sage 300.

Using hyperlink on Item Number field will open Item Information and its Location Quantities details in a pop up window.

You can also observe hyperlink on Location Name which again shows item location details.

This has been a wonderful feature of integrated Sage CRM 7.1/7.2 with Sage 300 ERP where user can directly have an option to view inventory information from within Sage CRM.
