Associate Company and Persons to Primary entities in Sage CRM for Mobile

In Sage CRM on-premise version, it has an ability to select Company and Persons while creating Cases, Opportunities, and Communications. But when Sage CRM is accessed using mobile devices like Android, Tablets etc. entry screens does not show the Company and Person SSA fields. Refer below screenshot.

How Company and Person can be added to Cases, Opportunity or Communication entities?

  1. Login into Sage CRM on-premise version.
  2. Navigate to the Administration | Customization | Cases.
  3. Navigate to the Screens tab and select iPhone option from the list of devices.

  4. On selecting iPhone from the device list only the iPhone screens will be visible in the screen list.
  5. Select Case Detail screen and add Company and Person fields from the Field dropdown. User can adjust the field positions using Up and Down arrows as shown below.

  6. Click on Add and Save button.
  7. Login to the Sage CRM using mobile device and select New | Case; you will observe Company and Person fields get added on New Case screen.

  8. Using the above steps, a user can link Company and Person fields to any other entity when accessing through Mobile Devices.
