GUMU™ Integration link is a real time, bi-directional link that integrates Sage 100 and Sage CRM where users can view information for customers, invoices and orders from either of the systems.
We always customize our GUMU as per client’s requirement. Recently we come across customization request from our client who was looking for Sales Person Split Commission functionality of Sage 100 in Quote/Order Screen of Sage CRM.
Let’s go through the same in detail.
1. As per this, we added the Split Commission drop down field on Order summary screen of Sage CRM so that CRM user can select whether he wants to split commission between multiple salespersons.
2. We also added the new button with name “Split Commission” which appears or disappears from screen based on option selected in Split commission dropdown field.
3. On click of Split Commission button, a popup screen appears which shows Sales person split screen, where user can select sales person and user can then provide a commission value for particular salesperson.
4. After splitting commission between salespersons, user can save it by clicking save button.
5. The Orders will be promoted in Sage 100 along with the specified sales person commission using GUMU integration.
