New Stuff: Synching Service Charge Items from Sage 50 US to Sage CRM using GUMU™ Integration
We always customize our GUMU as per client’s requirement. Recently we come across a customization request from our client where client wanted to display customer’s additional information like Credit Information, Customer Aging and Invoice Total & invoice History from different screens of Sage X3 on single Tab in Sage CRM.
We modified our existing GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage X3 integration to add this option for them.
- We added a new custom tab under company context with name customer statistic.
- On click of Customer Statistics Tab, we displayed below screen where Sage CRM user can see all the information like Credit Information, Aging Report, invoice Totals and History information for particular customer.
