Once the products are imported in Sage CRM, user can create and promote Quote/Order using those products from Sage CRM to Sage X3.

While creating Quote/Order in Sage CRM, GUMU checks if Stock Management option of the product is set to Managed or Not Managed option. Based on option selected, site validation happens.
If Sage CRM user selects the product which has Managed option then site validation will be triggered. If selected product does not exist in specified site then validation message will be displayed on Sage CRM Line Item screen. If Sage CRM user selects the product which has Not Managed option then there will be no site validation.
