“All” and “None” Selection option missing from Filter Dropdown

Sage CRM allows users to store and access the data in an efficient way. To access data efficiently Sage CRM provides functionalities like Advance Find, Quick Find, and Keyword search, etc. which can be customized as per user’s requirements. To know more about these functionalities, refer below:

To access information with accuracy, we have filter screens that are available in Sage CRM. This filter screen provides a UI to build that allows the program to add where clause as per our requirement. Refer below:

In Sage CRM filter screen, along with dropdown values we also find All and None options available to filter the record list. These dropdown values help to enhance the filter criteria. Recently one of our clients raised the issue that for filter All and None dropdown values were missing. Refer below:

After doing some findings, we came to know that the screen type was an entry type. Refer the below screenshot:

All standard filter screens in Sage CRM are of type Search. We modified the custom screen type to Search Screen. Which added All and None Option values to the dropdown for selection fields, refer below:

In Sage CRM, All and None options are added to screens based on-screen types. This handing are done in eWare.dll.  Therefore, if you find above filter options missing make sure you verify the screen type is set to Search.
