GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 application is a real time bi-directional integration link. Using GUMU™, a user can sync customers data between Sage CRM and Sage 100 systems. In addition to this, all the information for Sage 100 customer flows between Sage CRM – Sage 100 on real time depending on your configured settings option in GUMU™ configuration.
In this blog, we will go through new features which we have added in our latest GUMU™ Integration product which will give the Integration users more functionality and flexibility towards business processes. The new features are listed below –
- Quick Line Entry with new interface: In CRM, we have change the UI of Quick line entry screen used for Quotes and Orders. It now helps the user to access more functionality as mention below
- Can view or find item by filtering the products as per product family.
- Can view particular products Quantity on Hand as per selected Warehouse on real time basis from Sage 100 by using Sync Inv button.
- Can view real time pricing from Sage 100 on click of Sync and Update buttons.
2. Find Inventory: This screen is being customize with advanced Interface and features by providing the user the ease of accessibility.The Hyperlink is being provided on Item Number so user can view Orders, Invoices and Sales Information of that particular item.
3. Synching Last Sales Order Date: Added field like Last Sales Order Date which is used to display customer Last Sales Order Date of that customer. The information gets display in Sage CRM only when users Import the customer records using Import Custom Field routine process.
4. Default Company feature: A default company option is added on configuration of CRM so that in case if user don’t select Company Code for any Prospect then it will fetch products and price based on Default Company during Quote/Order process.
5. Easy accessibility to GUMU Dashboard: GUMU dashboard screen is modified as two fields are added such as Fiscal period and Fiscal year. This Fiscal Year and Fiscal Period selection fields will provide you the exact same options value which are being configured in Fiscal Year Maintenance under Sage 100 application according to the company code.
6. Synching Customer Status field from Sage 100 to Sage CRM: Added field like Customer status on Import Customer routine. So in Sage 100 the customers are classified on basis of Active, Inactive and Temporary under status field. But in CRM the user directly used import customer functionality without considering this criteria so as making the user import irrelevant customers into CRM.
7. Modifications on Order and AR Inquiry tabs: Added fields like Salesperson and Date fields as a filter on Order Inquiry and AR Inquiry GUMU tabs. The user now has the ability to filter out the list of orders or invoices that sync on real time from Sage 100 as per their desired Salesperson and Date.
8. Modifications on YTD Sales Detail tab: We have modified the YTD sales tab with new UI screen, provided sorting and new fields to search/filter the Sales data on screen which looks user friendly.
