Sync USA country code using Sync Dropdown process in GUMU™ CRM – Sage 100 Integration

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 100 application is a real time bi-directional integration link. Using GUMU™, a user can sync customers data between Sage CRM and Sage 100 systems. In addition to this, all the information for Sage 100 customer flows between Sage CRM – Sage 100 on real time depending on your configured settings option in GUMU™ configuration.

In our latest GUMU version, we have added a new checkbox on synchronization dropdown process for country code setting.

Sage 100 Administration - Synchronize Dropdowns - Greytrix

In Sage CRM, if any existing customer records have US country code then he can update the country code as per defined in Sage 100 by using Sync Dropdown process. We have provided option ‘Update existing Country Code from US to USA’ which will update the code from US to USA and later on those customers can be promoted to Sage 100.

If user check this option, it will ask for confirmation message ‘Do you want to update country of existing addresses from US to USA?’ and if user clicks on OK then that option will get checked and user can click on Sync button (refer below screenshot) for updating existing code from US to USA.

If user already set proper country code i.e. USA in Sage CRM as per Sage 100 as mentioned in below screenshot

then the option ‘Update existing CountryCode from US to USA’ will not get displayed under Sync Dropdown process. Refer below screenshot.
