We have used Sage CRM dot net API and Sage ERP X3 Web services for data flow from Sage CRM to Sage ERP X3. Similarly, we have used Sage CRM Web services for updating data from Sage ERP X3 to Sage CRM on real-time basis using Sage ERP X3 Java Bridge.
Let’s take a look at some key features of this product.
- Import Business partner (Customer and Supplier) from Sage ERP X3 to Sage CRM.
- Promote Business partners (Customer and Supplier) from Sage CRM to Sage ERP X3 on real-time basis.
- Update Business Partner information (Customer/Supplier) on real time from Sage ERP X3 to Sage CRM and vice – versa.
- View Real Time Information (Order inquiry/AR Inquiry/ AP Inquiry/ PO inquiry)
- Promote Orders from Sage CRM to Sage ERP X3 on a real-time basis.
- Integrate Multiple Sage ERP X3 folders to Single instance of Sage CRM
