GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage X3 integration is a real time, bi-directional link. In our last post, we went through the GUMU Integration Chart Feature In GUMU™ for Sage CRM. Recently, we have added a feature where Sage CRM system administrator can map a Sage 100 user with a Sage CRM user. Today in this blog post, we will go through this functionality.
In the latest iteration of the GUMU™ Sage CRM – Sage X3 Integration, a range of exciting enhancements has been introduced. Notably, among these enhancements, the introduction of Dashboards and Charts for Customers on the Sage CRM Company Summary screen.
Now, users can discover a variety of interesting visual data right on the Sage CRM Company Summary screen. These graphics are closely linked to customer sales data, offering valuable information. Additionally, we’ve added two different ways to filter the information, as explained below.
Type of Data: These options encompass Monthly Sales and Product Family.
Type of Graph: The available graph types include Bar, Stack, Point, and Donut.
These options collectively empower users to effectively filter and scrutinize data across various dimensions, thereby facilitating insights into both Month-wise and Product-wise sales trends.
For illustrative purposes, a selection of chart examples that have been integrated into the Sage CRM Company Summary screen for Sage X3 are presented below.
