Promote Salesforce Contacts to Sage X3 ERP using GUMU™

GUMU™ SAGE ERP Integration for Salesforce (Sage X3, Sage 100 and Sage 300) is a real-time bi-directional link which syncs data from Salesforce to Sage X3 and vice versa. Using GUMU™ user can promote Sales Order from Salesforce to Sage ERP. Here, in this blog, we will discuss how to promote Contacts from Salesforce to Sage X3 ERP

In Sage X3 each account has one or more than one Contacts. In this blog, we will discuss only promoting contacts. Please follow the below steps how to promote Contact to GUMU™ SAGE X3 ERP.

-> Login to Salesforce.
-> Go to App menu and select “GUMU Integration” App.
-> Click on “Accounts” tab. Select account for which you want to promote contact and on the Account layout click on the button “New Contact”.

-> Click on “Save” button, Created contact will be promoted to Sage X3 ERP.
