In this blog, we will discuss how the user can Promote Quote from Salesforce to Sage Intacct ERP by using GUMU™. Please refer our blog Promote Quote from Salesforce – Sage 100 Integration using GUMU™ lightning version and perform step “Create Quote from Opportunity Layout” as mentioned in blog.
- Login to Salesforce using the credentials and make sure that the Admin has allocated you the GUMU™ licenses to perform the selected operation.
- Navigate to Quote screen by clicking on Quote number and go to its related tab then Click on “Add products” button. In other words, this will allow you to add line items to the Quote layout (as shown in the below image).
- After clicking “Add Products” select the Price Book from the list and click “Save” button.
- After choosing Price Book select any product and click on “Next” button.
- Fill out all the fields manually under the below highlighted section in image and click “Save” button.
- Click on “Promote Quote Intacct” button to promote the Quote to ERP.
NOTE: Press “OK” on confirmation pop up.]
- For instance, clicking on “Promote” button, will push the Quote successfully to Sage.
Promote Quote from Salesforce to Sage Intacct
- Once the Quote is promoted to Sage, you can view the Quote record in Sage Intacct. Navigate to Order Entry – Transactions – Quote – Sales Quote.
