This blog will discuss the newly introduced GUMU™ for Salesforce – Sage Intacct Order Promotion. In Salesforce, if we want to Promote Orders in Sage Intacct, we first have to Promote Accounts in Sage Intacct. Promote Order
- After Successfully login into Salesforce
- Click on App Launcher and type Sales. After that, click on “Orders.”
- After opening the Order tab, we want to create New order, So Click on the New button towards the top right of the Screen.
- After Clicking the New button, a New Order pop-up Screen is visible.
- Fill in All mandatory details like Account name (Promoted Account name), Status, Order Start Date, Order End Date, etc.
- Click on Save.
- Click On Related Tab to add the Product.
- Order Products is mandatory for Order Promotion.
- Click on Add Products
- Fill in all mandatory Details like Product, Quantity, Unit Price, List Price, UOM, Warehouse Code, Location, etc.
- Click on Save
- Click on the Details tab
- Click on Promote order button
- After clicking on Promote Order button pop-up shows up if you are sure you want to promote the order to Sage Intacct.
- Click on Ok to Promote the Order.
- You can click the cancel button to cancel the promotion.
- After the Successfully Order Promoted success message shows on Screen, you can also find the ERP Order number from the field.
- ERP Order Number automatically generates value when an Order is promoted.
- You will now find the Order in Sage Intacct.
