GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage X3 integration is a real-time bi-directional link where user can update the information from Sage CRM to Sage X3 and vice versa. In GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage X3 integration, user can sync all the customers, products from Sage X3 to Sage CRM using Import process. Sage CRM user can see all the invoice history data and open orders sales data from Sage CRM on real time basis.
Today in this blog, we will discuss Link Business Partners functionality. In our newer version of GUMU™ integration, we are coming up with new feature wherein user can link multiple records at a time. This feature can be very useful when there are same customer records in Sage CRM and Sage X3 as well. In such case, we can make use of Link functionality. Refer below screenshot.
User can link the records using 2 ways to link non-integrated records.
1) Auto Link
2) Manual Link
User can search for the records based on company name/phone or email address and then can link companies.
