GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage X3 integration is real time bi-directional integration which sync all the customer data (Customer/Address/Contact) from Sage CRM to Sage X3 and vice versa. Today in this blog, we will discuss about troubleshooting tips for resolving error message “Error while reading webservices description” on Sage CRM server.
We have chalked out the solution for below error when we encountered it during use of GUMU™ for Sage CRM -Sage X3 Integration on Sage CRM server. (refer below screenshot)
Note: Pool which is used for Integration, should be started on Adonix server.
Below are the steps to resolve above error message,
i. Open “services.msc” on Sage X3 server
ii. User have to restart the below services in below sequence(refer below screenshot)
