This module helps you to input opening figures and compare them with the actual figures. Following are the features of Contract Maintenance in SAGE ERP.
- Add Contracts to your project and job costing system.
- Assign Cost categories like estimates, actuals etc. to your projects and resources (labour, employee).
- At any time during the project, you would see estimate revenues and expenses. If needed, retain age settings can be done.
- Name the status of project as open, approved, estimate, on hold, completed and closed. (Shown in picture below.)
- You can also add additional information for your projects via optional fields.
- For better view, choose tree view and reports on every project and its transactions are available.
In the above picture, you can see all the necessary elements required to maintain a project job function and costing. A tree view at the left of the form is a user-friendly to understand the project and its tasks. Four tabs on the form display the contract and project details with optional fields. Total tab is where you get the figures as estimates, Actuals, recognized and stored.
