1) User:
a) The entire ACT! users are migrated as resources in Sage CRM to ensure that Sage CRM user licenses are not used.
b) Communications and opportunities from ACT! are migrated with correct users information
2) Company
a) These are migrated as Company in Sage CRM.
b) Contact information from the Contact tab in ACT! are migrated to Company in Sage CRM.
c) GUMU™ migrates both linked and unlinked companies from ACT! 7.0 and above into Sage CRM Company.
d) User defined fields created in ACT! company are mapped to User Defined fields in Sage CRM Company.
