In our GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage 50 US Integration, we are synchronizing the invoices from Sage 50 US to Sage CRM using Import Invoice process. But while doing this, we were not synching invoices with service items from Sage 50 US to Sage CRM.
But now we have achieved this functionality in the new version which will synchronize the invoices with service items. Refer below screenshot.
While importing Orders/Invoices from Sage 50 US to Sage CRM, we are bringing the service charge items as a Free Text item in Sage CRM. Please refer below screenshot.
