Enabling GUMU™ Sage X3 Integration access for each Sage CRM user

GUMU™ for Sage CRM – Sage X3 integration is a real-time bi-directional link where user can update the information from Sage CRM to Sage X3 and vice versa.
Today in this blog, we will discuss how Administrator user of Sage CRM can restrict the particular Sage CRM users by accessing GUMU™ Integration link. This is available from new GUMU version.

New Stuff: Pre– Requisites for installing GUMU for sage CRM- Sage ERP X3

Once GUMU™ integration is installed, Sage CRM system administrator needs to decide which Sage CRM users will have access to GUMU™ integration.
For example, if you have purchased total 5 GUMU user licenses from Greytrix for GUMU™ integration then you will have to enable those 5 users by following below steps,
1. In Sage CRM Administration -> Users -> select the user for which you want to give an access to GUMU™ Integration link.
2. Check the GUMU™ Sage X3 access checkbox as mentioned in below screen.

3. This will enable particular user access to GUMU™ integration.
4. If the checkbox is unchecked for any Sage CRM user then that user will not have an access to GUMU™ Integration functionality. User will get warning message as shown in below screenshot.
