MailChimp feature has been introduced within Sage CRM 2017. Using MailChimp emails can be sent to group of people on a single click.

Our implementation team was working on MailChimp configuration and came across a scenario that Send to MailChimp button was unavailable on Group. This Group was created for Lead entity. Hence they created another Group with same columns for Company entity. But in this case also, Send to MailChimp was unavailable once group is created.
After some observation and research, we found that Send to MailChimp button was not available on Group screen as Email Address field was not added into Group contents. After adding Email field into Group contents, Send to MailChimp button is visible on screen.
