In this blog, we will be explaining you how consent email is sent from within Sage CRM v2018 R2.
New Stuff: Overwritable Forecast in Sage CRM
Consent tab is available under Lead and Person entities. Below are the steps that needs to be taken to create and send email from within Sage CRM v2018 R2.
1. You can add new consent record for specific Lead or Person record via Consent tab.
2. User can create new consent record and click on “New consent E-mail” button available on the Consent Summary screen as shown below.
3. On click of this button, new email screen will be visible on screen as shown below and user can select predefined Lead Consent Email template from template dropdown.
4. By clicking send button user can send emails to individual recipients.
