Set Communication status ‘Complete’ in Two click

As we know Sage CRM is having a countless feature that helps user to handle the business process stress-free. Creating communication of different types like task and appointment, which helps user to save their meetings and to do for multiple entities. As Sage CRM is providing one feature that helps to set a communication status in few steps.

New Stuff:Append Percentage Symbol with the field value in Sage CRM

When a communication is newly created the status is set as ‘Pending’ by default. After the task or meeting is completed communication status need to be updated manually as ‘Complete’ for future reference.

For example:  There is three communication attached to opportunity, from that two meetings and one To Do task. If user completed their one meeting and one To Do. And he wants to set the task status to complete in Sage CRM.

To do so usually the user open that communication, then select ‘Complete’ option from Status dropdown field. And hit the ‘Save’. But this is also a simple way which updates the communication status automatically.

To complete status of communication in two click refer below:

1) Navigate to the communication tab of opportunity.

2) Next, click on the logo image in the Status column.

3) On click of status logo, screen navigates to respective communication summary where communication status is automatically set as ‘Complete’. And click on ‘Save’,

4) Repeat step 1-3 for other communication also. Refer below screenshot after status set as ‘Complete’.
