In this blog, we will discuss how to display the Leads generated by Source. There is already a native report available in Sage CRM which displays the Leads by Source. Below are the steps which need to be followed.
- Login to Sage CRM
- On the Dashboard screen, navigate to the below path.
New Dashboard | Create dashboard | Fill the Dashboard details
– Type: Flexible Layout
– Name: Dashboard to show leads
– Description: Dashboard to show leads generated by a source
– Click on OK
- Refer below screenshot.
- Go to “New Gadget” and choose the “Chart” as a gadget.
- Select the data on which you wish to base your gadget. Enter the values as Filter by: Leads and select the report.
- Select the action you want to perform on the gadget and select the values as:
– Default Action: Go to the List or Report
– Drill Down: Run Report
- Enter the Gadget details here as follows:
– Name: Dashboard to show leads
– Description: Dashboard to show the leads generated by source
- A new dashboard will be created to show the Leads generated by the source. Refer the below screenshot.
Similarly, Sage CRM users can create different types of dashboards as per their needs.
