GUMU for Sage CRM and Sage 100 Integration Link is a real-time, bi-directional integration solution that connects Sage 100 (formerly known as MAS 90/200) and Sage CRM systems. It allows for seamless data synchronization between the two systems, enabling the sharing of information and providing a comprehensive view of customer and financial data across both platforms.

To cater to the specific requirements of our valued clients, we have provided customization options that empower users to tailor their Sage 100 customer sales data in the form of the dashboard in Sage CRM. In this blog post, we will explore the customization options provided to clients, focusing on two primary grid views: Salesperson Wise and Account Wise, and how they can streamline the sales data visualization process.

One of the key customizations revolves around the choice between two grid options on the first page: SalespersonWise and AccountWise. Also, these data are shown for the current year and the prior year with their % change value in a tree-list-like structure.

SalespersonWise Grid
By default, when users access their Sales Dashboard, they are presented with the Salesperson Wise Grid. This view is designed to display integrated Sage 100 ERP sales data for individual salespeople. The data presented here adheres to specific criteria to ensure relevancy:

Salesperson Value: The sales data shown corresponds to the salesperson assigned to the Sage 100 customer. This information is fetched from the Sage CRM Company Summary screen.
Territory: It includes the territory assigned to the respective salesperson.
User Filter: The data is further filtered to include only users who belong to the current Sage CRM logged-in user’s Home Territory and any lower-level territories underneath it.

Accountwise Grid
While the SalespersonWise Grid is the default view, we understand that different users may have varying preferences and requirements. Therefore, users have the option to switch to the AccountWise Grid if it better suits their needs. The AccountWise Grid allows the user to focus on Sage 100 customer sales rather than individual salespeople.

Customer Data: This view displays sales data in the TEAM CRM aggregated by Sage 100 customer sales, offering a holistic view of sales performance across accounts.
Territory: It includes the territory assigned to the respective salesperson.
User Filter: The data is further filtered to include only users who belong to the current user’s Home Territory and any lower-level territories underneath it.

Seamless Grid Navigation
In addition to choosing between SalespersonWise and Accountwise Grids, in the dashboard, we have offered a seamless navigation experience that allows users to delve deeper into their data:
SalespersonWise: The starting point for most users, this grid is the gateway to personalized sales data, focusing on individual salespeople’s performance.
Accountwise Grid: For users who prefer a broader view of customer accounts and sales data across territories, the Accountwise Grid is just a click away.
Itemwise Grid: Further drilling down, the Itemwise Grid offers insights into sales performance based on products or items used against that particular Sage 100 customer, aiding in inventory management and product-focused strategies.
Invoice Grid: Zooming in on transactions, the Invoice Grid provides an overview of invoices generated for the item against which the user has clicked the hyperlink, helping users track revenue generation.
Invoice Details: The final stage of navigation, Invoice Details, offers a granular view of individual invoices, including itemized information, quantities, and pricing details.
