Real-Time Work Order Visibility

The customized solution enables users to view Work Order information directly within Sage CRM by fetching data from the SM_Task table in Sage 100. This ensures that all relevant work order details are readily accessible to CRM users without the need to switch between systems.

Additionally, the current status of each Work Order is dynamically retrieved from the SM_TaskDispatchStatus table. This provides up-to-date status tracking, allowing teams to monitor progress and respond proactively to any changes.

One of the key highlights of this implementation is that no Work Order data is stored within Sage CRM tables. Instead, all information is displayed in real time directly from Sage 100.
