Greytrix Sales Commission Application for Sage Intacct is beneficial for Sage Intacct users to calculate and pay a sales commission to the respective salesperson to achieve better efficiency and save time in calculating commission, excluding tedious work of calculating commissions manually.

For tracking the details, about how much commission is calculated or is it paid to the sales representative tagged in transactions. We have created some custom reports to easily track the details of various transactions related to a sales commission.
- Invoice Commission Report –
In Invoice Commission Report, you can view the Invoices with their calculated sales commissions. You can filter the report with Invoice No.; Invoice created date and Customer.
To view this report, go to the Sales Commission menu→ Invoice Commission Report
After applying the filters, you will get the commission details according to the invoices, the calculated commission and actual commission, criteria for commission calculation and the sales representative to whom the commission is to be paid. 2. Commission Payment Report-
In this report, you can view the Commission payments of Employees/Sales representatives. This report has the commission payment details, based on the payment method along with GL batch number or AP Bill number for reference and the each employee who is paid. You can filter the report with Paid Commission date and employee.
Go to Sales Commission menu → Commission Payment Report
3. Employee Commission Report –
In the Employee Commission Report, you can view all the Invoices related to an Employee along with their calculated share of sales commission. You can filter the report with the Invoice created date and Employee. In addition, you will get information like shown in the image.
To run this, go to the Sales Commission menu→Employee Commission Report
Using these custom reports you can easily track, manage and get all the commission-related details for all or particular transactions or according to the sales representatives for a specific period, and you can check the commissions are paid or yet to be paid. If paid then you will get payment details.
