Migrating data from mid-level (Sage 100) ERP system to upper mid-level (Sage 300) ERP systems is a cumbersome job as the data becomes more complex, secured and not to forget huge!. Considering the difference between the storage style of these systems and the information bifurcation that Sage (Accpac) 300 ERP has to offer, there has to be some processing on the Sage 100 (MAS 90/200) ERP data prior to the push/write to the target. Thus, one must have full functional and technical knowledge of both the ERP Systems in order to handle the data migration effectively.

During data conversion, GUMU™ utility extracts data from Sage 100 ERP that is in an un-structured format for writing to Sage 300 ERP. Thus, we allow the processing of the data by including some simple steps [e.g.: Allowing user to use mappings (via: Excel sheets) where we change the master information such as GL Accounts, Customers, Vendors, Items, etc. without affecting their transactions].
