In Sage 300 ERP (formerly Sage Accpac ERP), Data Integrity is used to check errors in Sage 300 data and to fix minor errors in it. Data can be dented because of various customization system or Sage 300 ERP settings, system technical problems, etc.
To run data integrity follow below steps:

1. Navigate to Administrative Services >> Data Integrity

2. Select modules from Available Applications to Check Applications pane.
3. Click on Application Options button to open the Integrity Checker for the selected application. For example, if you select Accounts Payable, then click Application Options; the A/P Integrity Checker appears.

Note: Application Option is not available for Administrative Services, Common Services, Tax Services, and G/L Sub ledger Services.

Once checking is done for various modules, correct errors that were not corrected before.
It is recommended to run Data Integrity on daily basis. Types of Data Integrity in Sage 300 ERP:

a. Data integrity in Administrative Services
b. Verify database in Database Setup

Note: After running Data Integrity it is not necessary that all errors in database are checked.
