How to run a Sage Intelligence report

Continuing further, In this article we will discuss about how we can run a Sage intelligence report.  You just need to follow the below mentioned steps to run the Intelligence report:-
There are basically 2 different methods that you can follow to run the sage intelligence report.
1. From Report Manager (if you have activated it in the your sage intelligence module):
 A) Go to Report manager and select the report you want to run. For example, let us choose Custom Inventory Master by Monthly report.
B) Select Run icon present on Report Manager Toolbar in order to run the report.
C) You can also right-click on the report and select Run you can print report.
D) Once the process is finished, the report opens in a new Microsoft Excel Workbook

2.       From Report viewer:
A) Similarly, you can run report from Report viewer.
B) Users who have been given access to Report Viewer can run various reports using this tool.
C) In the Report Manager, when a report is selected as Make Available via Report Viewer it is available for selection via the Report Viewer.
D) The description as added in the Report Manager is therefore very important as this description will be displayed in the Report Viewer
E)  Select the report you need to print and click on Run.

F) If there are any parameters in your report, you will be prompted to enter those parameters.
G) After clicking OK on the parameter window, the report will open with the required information.
So with the above mentioned, one can run the sage intelligence report easily.
