Account Roll Feature

In this blog we will discuss the about the account roll up feature. SAGE 300 has a very good feature “ROLLUP”. In this module, we can define multiple accounts / COA under once account. If we want to view the data / value of multiple accounts into a single account. Then we can easily use this feature. First of all user needs to be selected the main account under which multiple accounts want to tag in “Account” master. Please refer to the below screen shot for ready reference.

Insurance Claim

We have to make true the check box rollup, then system will show a Rollup tab as shown in the above screen. In rollup tab, we can tag multiple accounts. Please refer below screen

When we will make transaction against the tagged accounts in rollup tag, the value of these accounts will auto rollup by system to the main account. Please refer below report. Here two reports are given for reference. One report for the accounts which have been tagged under the main account. The second report the main account.Insurance ClaimAlso Read :
