In this blog we will be going to discuss about the customers has huge volume of Sales orders transaction and need to update the pricelist for all open Sales orders using location or customers then user can manually open each sales orders to check location or Customers and update the pricelist since there is no any standard sales order update screen is present in Sage 300 and this is a time consuming task for updating each sales order manually.

To make this task easy and efficient for the users, Greytrix has developed the utility that will read the bunch of Sales orders on the basis of customer and location and update the pricelist. This utility will work only for all active and open Sales orders.
The utility work as follows:
We have to select the bunch of Sales orders and select the pricelist to update all the bunch of Sales orders for selected location and customers from the lists.
On click of proceed button, the utility process the selected records and update the pricelist for all selected location and customers.
