As we know that Sage 300c ERP 2021 is available now. With the release of Sage 300c v2021 we are pleased to announce the release of Greytrix Bulk Invoicing feature for Sage 300c v2021 Web version to our customers and re-sellers.
New Stuff:
Taking it a step further, we have developed a separate standalone web component for providing the feature of bulk invoicing for multiple shipments from multiple customers at the same time. Users can access this web component from localhost and the Account person in the organization can list out all open shipments for which invoices need to be generated in Sage 300c Version 2021.
With web-based bulk invoice program, users can view all the open shipments from web browser. Users can select all or specific shipments for creating invoice.
In order to create invoice, user needs to individually select the range of shipment that needs to be invoiced or they can also click on Select All button which will select the complete list of shipments available in the grid and then clicking on Create Invoice button, which will generate Invoice of all the selected Shipments.
If consolidate Invoice is checked it will consolidate same customer shipments and create a single invoice for them, and if two different customers are selected then it will create separate invoice for each customer. User can choose invoice date as per their wish by simply selecting a date from Invoice Date field.
After the Invoice is created, users can print the Invoice report from the interface itself using the Print button and if any error occurs during the process, our routine also logs the error in a log file which can be referred to resolve the error.
