As we all know Sage 300 v2022 is released. This new release has added various new features and screens and enhancements to Sage 300c (web screens). In this blog we are going to discuss regarding one of the screens made available in Sage 300 2022 web screens i.e. G/L Chart Of Accounts.
New Stuff: Unable to set the version compatible component
Navigation for the report:
You can navigate to this G/L Chart of Accounts screen by clicking on General Ledgers menu at left side of page à G/L Accounts sub MenuàChart of Accounts.
The screen appears as below:
As you can see in above screenshot this screen just not list the existing G/L Accounts in the masters but allows filtering G/L Accounts as per Starting segments, period ending etc.
Also allows users to choose whether to “Use Rolled up Balances” or not.
Also you can see various buttons provided at the right bottom of screen.
- Transactions
This buttons enable user to list the transactions for selected GL Account on the basis of Period ending and Source code Filter as displayed in screenshot below:
- Fiscal Comparison:
The screen will display fiscal comparison for specified G/L account as per specified parameters.
- Budget Maintenance:
Display information about G/L Account Budget Amount and Fiscal Set Amounts as per specified parameters.
- History Inquiry:
This button displays the specified G/L Accounts History Inquiry screen as displayed in screenshot below:
Note:
This screen was available in older versions of Sage 300 for desktop screens but added for web screens with release of version Sage 300 2022.
