In Sage 100, there is concept of Memo’s which are kind of reminders while creating customers, orders, items etc. Memos can be created while creating customer or sales orders. Refer below screenshot,
Client wanted to view these memos in Sage CRM under Quote/Order screen. For doing this, we added Memo button on Quote/Order screen. Refer below screenshot,
Using this button, it will display the list of AR Memo’s (Refer below screenshot) of that particular customer for which user will be creating Quote/Order in Sage CRM. If there are multiple memos defined in Sage 100, all will be displayed.
Once list gets displayed, user can click on any Memo Code which will display Memo description, Date and Memo text information. Refer below screenshot,
