In Sage X3 on purchase order transaction, Sage X3 provides a parameter where you can set the rounding logic for quantity. This parameter will be helpful when the quantity value will be in decimal.

Kindly navigate to Setup > General Parameters >Parameter values under ‘ACH’ chapter right click on Order rules and click on Detail.
Now set the parameter of PURQTYRND as required
