Sage 300 ERP always provides lots of features for users to reduce their manual work. This saves lots of invaluable time of the users. In this blog we will discuss another useful feature about how to generate multiple POs from requisitions without navigating to the PO screen.
Create POs from Requisition screen allows users to create multiple purchase orders automatically from current requisitions, from reorder quantities in Inventory Control, and from active sales orders in Order Entry. Users can create purchase orders only for active items, vendors, and locations. When Users creates purchase orders automatically, the program selects Active as the purchase order type, posts the purchase orders, and increases quantities on purchase order in Inventory Control module.
To review and edit the purchase orders created automatically, user has to use the Purchase Order Entry screen from PO module.
