It was a bug due to which, alert message getting appeared while searching the item related to the text typed into the Item Number / Miscellaneous Charge field in the detail line. Kindly refer screen below for your reference:

In order entry screen in order tab, After typing “A1-320” into the Item Number / Miscellaneous Charge field in the detail line and click on the finder to search the “A1-320” item. The pop up were occurring as “Cannot find item Number A1-320”. Kindly refer below screen.
This bug was in Sage 300 v2020 PU1 which has been now fixed with the release of Sage 300 v2020 PU2.
