In Sage 300 web screen, if you have logged in but have not been actively using the system for 60 minutes, you will see a dialog message indicating that your session period is expire and you need to sign in again in Sage 300 web screen.

You can see the session expired URL on the top http://localhost/Sage300/OnPremise/Core/Authentication/SessionExpired
All the details about session time out period, user can see in configuration file “WEB.config” under key name “SessionPoolTimeOut”.
Here’s below step using which you can configure the file with time out period.
Goto Start >> Run window and type “inetmgr” command to open Internet information service manager.
Goto Sage 300WEBAPI Active Directory.
Right click on Sage 300WEBAPI active directory and click to explore properties
Goto the folder where Sage 300 WEB API files are exist.
Select Web.config in the folder and open this file in Notepad.
Default time out period is 20 minutes, you can change the same as per your preference.
