As Sage 300 provides an functionality to create a custom views, here in this blog we will be discussing about the error “error C2065 : ‘IDSS_BASE_GDNOTES’ : Undeclared Identifier” while making the view.

There is an error in gdnotes.c file from path – C:\DEV\GD\SOURCE\VIEWS, so we will see how to fix the same.

Developers can add a line ‘#define IDSS_BASE_GDNOTES’ in GD.i (C:\DEV\GD\source\project) file and make the project again after that make the view this will resolve the issue we were facing earlier.
