Sage 300c web screens are available in every Sage Supported version with some additional features and changes in every higher version. Sage 300c is very helpful when you don’t have access to your Sage 300 system and you need to do some important tasks on Sage 300, you can access Sage 300c anywhere from browser.

In this blog we will see an error which appears while signing into Sage 300c and we will find out why exactly the issue appears and what are the possible ways to resolve the same.
When we enter our Sage 300c credentials and click on sign in, the following error pops up. Refer below screen shot for error description.
This error says that all the modules of Sage 300 is not activated and need to be activated, but this module which is shown in the error i.e., KN is not showing in Sage 300 data activation screen. But when saw in system information screen the KN module shows for previous version i.e., 2020 refer below screen shot.
So now we know the problem why we are getting this error, and now to resolve this issue we need to add latest Notes module. We can do it either by modifying Sage 300 from control panel or we can reinstall Sage 300, but this time make sure that you include Notes module while installing or modifying the Sage 300.
After installing latest Notes module, we need to activate notes module from data activation screen. After installing/activating Notes module open system information screen where you can see KN(Notes) module with current Sage version i.e., 2021.
Once done with installing and activating latest KN(Notes) module now you can easily access Sage 300 web screens without any error.
