Now a days along with Sage 300 desktop version Sage 300c is also being used widely because of its amazing features and it could be accessed from anywhere in the world if you know the correct credentials. With this revolution of Sage 300 we have started upgrading our add-on quick shipment compatible with Sage 300c as well.
We have come up with quick shipment add on for Sage 300c v2021 which will help users to quickly ship all the items for multiple orders at the same time.

In this blog we are going to see that, how can we create shipment for multiple orders by using quick shipment add on.
This add-on feature allows user to view all the open orders and post shipment. As the ‘Multi-Select’ radio button is checked, Orders are displayed on grid. One can select multiple orders and proceed for all shipment which will complete shipment process by shipping all items in an order and can be printed shipment report for all the selected orders.
When we select or check “Order Created Today” radio button, All orders are displayed in the grid which has order date as today’s date. You can refer below image.
If you want to find specific order number as per filter applied then you can use the ‘Order Range’ where you can get different type of filter. We can use the different combination of filter by selecting filter type like order number, order date, order delivery date.
You can choose date of shipment as of your choice from shipment date field. Once all the selected orders are shipped by clicking ‘Ship all’, All selected order will be shipped and shipment for each order will get created. You can also print reports for all shipped orders by clicking on ‘Print’ button.
