Display Distinctive Records in Reports

As we all know Sage CRM comes with various features which help every users in many ways. Likewise, report section is useful for them who need to track their performance or other information.

We have seen multiple instances where users have a habit of to create records by inputting common keywords in leads, opportunities or cases. This at the end generate heap of duplicate/common records which does not help in identifying the correct record. So, if we want to remove multiple records from report output then we can apply distinct values condition.

To do the same, we have to follow below steps:

  1. Login into Sage CRM.
  2. Go to Reports section and select Report from category.
  3. Click on Edit or Pencil button.
  4. In edit report screen, tick the “Select Distinct Values” checkbox as shown in below image.
  5. Click on Continue button and Save report to see distinct records.
