The dashboard is an interactive part of the Sage CRM. It is the easiest way to retrieve and verify the data quickly. Using Dashboards users can show only essential data that need to be shown. Dashboards are easy to manage, edit or customize as per your need. Sage CRM has amazing features to create different types of dashboards as per requirements.
To create a dashboard firstly user needs to create a report. By referring this link, Sage CRM user can create a report to display a report which will show the current month cases in Sage CRM. To create the same, below steps needs to be followed.
- Add “Cases: Create Date” in “Search Criteria”.
- Select the radio button for “Relative”
- Select the drop down for “Month and Current”
As per our requirement, we are going to create a dashboard that will show you the cases of the current month. For showing the data we use different gadgets that are predefined in Sage CRM. In Sage CRM, different users have many numbers of cases assigned to them.
- Log on to CRM.
- On the Dashboard screen, navigate to below path
- New Dashboard | Create dashboard | Fill the Dashboard details
4. Go to “New Gadget” and choose the “Chart” as a gadget.
5. Select the name of the report you want to display and click on “Next”.
6. Select the default action as “Go to list or report” and click on “Next”.
7. Enter the gadget name as “Cases Created In This Month”
8. A new dashboard will be created to show the cases of the current month. Refer to the below screenshot.
As you can see in the above screenshot a dashboard to show cases of the current month is created. Similarly, you can create different types of dashboards as per your requirement.
