While creating the transactions like sales order, sales quote etc. the price of the product can be standard, manual or the customized one. Sage X3 provides the functionality through which user can find whether the price is list price, manual or customized.
After entering the transaction line right click on the particular line and select “Price Explanation” (refer below screenshot).
Clicking on “Price Explanation” will display the screen showing the reason for the price.
