Sometimes, we need to switch from one User Login to another User Login without exiting the current session. Sage ERP X3 has provided us with a simple feature to switch from one User Login to another without having to exit the current session.
New Stuff: How to change Sage X3 User Password?
To change from one user login to another, the current logged in user should have access to Usage module.
Here is an example to change the User Login:
Step1: Kindly navigate to below link,
Usage > Users > User Change
You will find a window as shown below,
Step2: Enter the User name and password and click on OK. You have successfully logged in as another user.
Note: When you are changing from one User Login to another, your session id remains the same as it was for the last logged in user at the time of changing the login.
