In this blog, we will discuss how to add the Promote Customer and ERP Customer Details buttons in the Lightning
Experience if you have been using GUMU™ and recently shifted to the same from Salesforce Classic.
Following are the steps for adding the “Promote Customer” button and “ERP Customer Details” button in Lightning experience:
-> Go to Setup.
-> Click on Object Manager.
-> Click on Account and select page layout as shown in below image.
-> Select “Account Layout” button. See below image.
-> Select Promote Customer and ERP Customer Details Button and drag it to “Salesforce mobile and lightning Experience” section.
-> Click on “Save” button. This way user can add a Promote Customer button and ERP Customer Details on Lightning Account Page.
