Customization for RCM Entries in Sales Register

The GST Sales Register helps Users to maintain the record of Sales made for a particular period. The report helps to compute the periodic taxes and analyze the periodic turnover. In Sage 300 ERP the report mainly refers to the data that is fetched from AR Invoice screen and OE Invoice screen. But we also have RCM entries that are fetched from the AP invoice screen under the Sales Register report. So, we have added a new customization on the Sales (Outward) Register screen to print RCM entries separately.

New Stuff: OE Invoice Export Utility

In this blog, we are going to discuss about the filters which will help the Users to print the report with only RCM entries, without RCM entries and report consisting of all the entries.

  • Only RCM
  • With RCM
  • Without RCM

The report data will be exported as Excel file based on the RCM filter selected and all the other mandatory filters from the Sales register screen.
Please refer below screenshot of the user interfaces for the “Sales Register with filter for RCM entries”.

As seen from the above screenshot user will be able to select the filter for printing the Sales report with RCM, without RCM ,or only RCM entries and the report will be generated with required data in Excel format at desired path which user will enter in the ‘Select File’ field (as can be seen in above screenshot). With the help of the browse button, User can select the file path to save the output file.
Also there a provision to customize the output report wherein the fields in the report can be customized according to the User requirement.

Thus, Users can easily get separate reports for only Sales register entries and RCM entries.
