Customizing Outbound Call Lists

Few days back we came up with an interesting question if outbound calls tab can be customized to add custom tab as per requirement. Well, answer is Yes, one can easily add custom tab.

Consider an example that you wanted to show all existing opportunities tab on this tab group. You can follow below steps to do achieve the same.

  1. Navigate to Administration | Customization | Wave Activities Tabs.
  2. Select OutBoundCalls tab group name from the list.
  3. Add below values in the Properties section.
    Caption: All Opportunities
    Action: Customfile
    Custom File: <<path of page>>
  4. Click on Add button and finally click on Save button to save the changes.
  5. Once done, you will observe that Existing Opportunities tabs visible on the tab group.

Using above steps user can easily add any other feature on the Outbound Call lists tab group.
