New Stuff: Configure Interface User in Sage ERP X3
Today lets see the usage of one parameter among these lists of User Parameters; Let’s start with problem where this parameter played an important role;
We have one of our clients who have setup multi country in Sage ERP X3. Their users have started entering data in X3 and can view all the transactions irrespective of, if it belongs to their legislation. However as per the multi legislation concept the user should be restricted to access only those transactions which belong to its particular legislation but this was not the case..
For e.g. the user with legislation POLAND should be allowed to view the transactions of POL legislations.
Our client wanted to restrict the user’s to access only those transactions which belong to its respective legislation. The Solution is very simple to deal with this problem; you just need to use the LEGFIL Parameter so that the user is allowed to view only data of its respective legislation.
The below screen shot will guide you in setting the parameter against the user.
Once this parameter is set the user is filtered to access only the transactions of his particular legislation.
