Many time we come across the situation where the default port of apache i.e.80 is being used by some other services and when we install Apache server for Sage X3 installation we get error the service could not be started and port is already in use.

To change this port, follow the simple steps as below:
- Suppose Apache is installed in C: drive. Then go to
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\conf
- Open file ‘httpd.conf’ and go to the below snippet part:
- Change “Listen 80” to some other port number which is not in use.
- Restart the Apache services.
